Terms of Service

This is the agreement between you and IndieBuilderStack for using our products — the web app at http://localhost:5173 and any browser extensions we ship. By creating an account or installing an extension, you're agreeing to what's below.

The short version

• Use the product for good things, not for breaking the law or hurting others.
• Your account is yours to look after — keep your login safe.
• Your content stays yours. We just need permission to store and show it back to you.
• We bill on a subscription. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the period ends.
• We provide the service as-is and do our honest best to keep it running.

Your account

You need an account to use our tools. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, the same rules apply. Let us know right away if you think someone else has gotten in.

Using the product fairly

A few things we ask you not to do:

• Break the law or use our tools to help someone else break it.
• Abuse, attack, or try to disrupt the service or other people using it.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the product to clone it.
• Resell access without our written okay.

If someone seriously abuses the service, we may suspend or close their account. We'll be fair about it and explain why where we can.

Browser extensions

Our extensions are part of this agreement too. They run only where they need to, talk only to IndieBuilderStack, and use the smallest permissions possible — the details are in our Privacy Policy. You're free to uninstall them at any time, and we won't keep your data working against you afterward.

Your content

Anything you create or upload stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, back it up, and show it back to you so the product works. We don't claim ownership of your work, and we won't use it for anything beyond running the service for you.

Payment and cancellation

IndieBuilderStack runs on a subscription, billed through Stripe. One account gives you access to the tools your plan covers. You can cancel anytime — when you do, you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and we won't charge you again after that.

If something goes wrong with a charge, email us. We'd rather sort it out with a real person than make you fight a billing system.

Canceling and deleting

You can close your account whenever you want. When you do, we delete your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, keeping only what the law requires us to. We can also close accounts that seriously break these terms.

The service is provided as-is

We work hard to keep IndieBuilderStack reliable, secure, and online — but we can't promise it will be perfect or never go down. The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using it.

Changes to these terms

If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top and let you know. We won't slip in surprises and hope you don't read them. If you keep using the product after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
